I can fit at least 2 poop bag rolls in the bag which is really handy when you use the last bag and still need another one. The single roll plastic holders don’t give you that backup.

Have tried a lot of different bag dispensers (hard plastic, all fabric, etc..) this one is my favorite so far. It has a lot of straps to help secure it to your leash. It has a little clip to hold the used bag. The bags don’t disappear back into the container when you pull one out. It’s sturdy and the bags come out easy even with gloves on.
