My dog really loves this carrot for some reason. He pretty easily disembowels plush toys. However, this carrot has escaped his wrath. I’m not sure if it’s because of the fur around the carrot or what but he definitely does not do targeted strikes on the seams. I predict in a few months I’ll have to purchase another one, but I totally will!

These carrot toys get passed around 8 dogs who are brutal with toys. I did not expect it to last two months but it has. For some reason it is their favorite toy. It has started many fights here and I should have ordered 8 instead of 2. The stuffing is almost completely removed and it’s still their favorite. My dogs are terribly rough on toys and can normally destroy them in about 30 seconds. I bought this with a ton of other toys knowing it would be in the trash in a day. Surprise! It’s a magic carrot ha!

I can’t believe I am writing a review on a carrot dog toy, but there is “something” about this toy that is very appealing. It was a favorite of a family member’s dog so they got one for our schnauzer. He immediately took to it and carried it all over the house. Since we are in a two story, he’d take it upstairs and then whine because he didn’t have it down stairs. We decided to buy another and he is equally happy with it.
Not sure what it is…but he definitely prefers this toy over all his others.

I bought this for my dog because her favorite treats are carrots, which in hindsight we didn’t think all the way through lol. When we give her a treat we say, “Do you want a carrot?” And she does her happy dance, angels sing, and all is right in the world. Until we get a carrot shaped toy and keep accidentally referring to it as a “carrot” and just confusing the carrots out of her lol. She absolutely loves the toy though! We just haven’t come up with something to call it that doesn’t make her expect a treat and confuse her! Hope this helps!
